Shipping & Returns

RETURNS:
All returns must be approved by Steve’s Gunz before the item is returned. All returns are required to have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the package the item is returned in. Any item being returned must include a note stating in exact detail why the item is being returned and the original invoice. Any item that is returned to Steve’s Gunz must be unaltered/undamaged from how the item was shipped to the customer. Any item that is returned to Steve’s Gunz that has been altered/damaged in any way will not qualify for any kind of a refund or replacement. All defective items and return requests must be reported and returned to us within 10 days after customer received the item.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Any order that is canceled by the customer after the order has been processed and invoiced will be subject to a 15% service charge. Any order that is canceled or refused delivery by the customer after the order has been shipped must be returned to Steve’s Gunz unaltered for a refund and will be subject to a 15% restocking/service charge fee Plus any shipping cost incurred by Steve’s Gunz.

 

IMPORTANT:
Due to the manufacturing tolerances and or possible wear of mating parts and or possible internal changes over the production run of the firearm, sometimes a replacement part may appear to fit, but it will not function without proper fitting by a gunsmith. Therefore, all parts are sold with the understanding that they will be fitted & safety checked after installation by a competent, qualified gunsmith
