My stainless R92 had a green plastic follower as the oem part. I purchased the stainless follower in .44/.45 size. Replacement was straightforward and simple. Another wellmade product from StevesGunz.

I received the stainless steel follower and spring for my .357 Rossi 92. Installed it immediately, and test fired it..no problems at all. It fixed the issue of the rounds hanging up. Well worth the price.
