I'm with Craig E. on this one. It's not anywhere near plug-n-play. Too much fitting for many novice owners. When I saw the bit in the package I was disappointed. The little piece works. It does fill the hole. The necessity of using a drill for the end user to create a groove for the retaining pin should be made very clear in product description. For the money, I don't think it should require drilling.
