This was worth every penny! Great step by step explanation and instruction. My Rossi 92 (45 Colt) is running slicker than snot on a doorknob. I would highly recommend this kit!

The DVD is extremely informative, I know I watched it several times to get the general picture of the 92 operating parts , the parts modifications are easy to do and there was a considerable difference in the operation of my 92 , very smooth , the enclosed ejection spring made a big difference, the metal magazine plug gave me peace of mind not having to worry about breaking up with usage

I own a Rossi ranch hand in .45 colt , I was having problems hitting my target at 25 yards , or closer , the point of impact was 12 inches high , Steve suggested this low mount sight to correct the problem, it sure did ! , the sight was easy to install with a small brass hammer .
Now my ranch hand is dead on at 25 yards , highly recommended if you have a .45 caliber mare leg .

Perfect for a Rossi Ranch Hand!!!

My father in law gave me his .45 Colt ranch hand for some work I did at his shop. He couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn with it. I did some research and found out about the sights being just wrong and decided to fix the problem, that was 4 years ago and my father in law has since passed away. I only shot a few rounds and put it away with the thought of getting different sights someday.

My parts package from Steve’s arrived today 2-21-19 and within an hour I had swapped out everything.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE, POA is now POI. If you’re on the fence and not sure it’s worth the money take the plunge, you won’t be dissatisfied! I coupled it with the taller “small ivory bead” front sight and bought the extra peep aperture kit. Well worth every penny!

Excellent investment to prolong the life of your rifle, the stock spring is cheap carbon steel that in time and without use will rust causing poor feeding, jams & if left long enough without use can cause damage to the mag. tube. THE FIRST THING I DID TO MINE WAS CHANGE THIS SPRING, CHANGE THE PLASTIC MAG. FOLLOWER TO STAINLESS & BOUGHT THEIR PLUG TO REMOVE THAT FOOLISH AND DANGEROUS SAFETY ( the real safety on a lever action is the half cock hammer position, that locks the trigger and the gun is safe till you fully cock the hammer )...
